Who builds it
The founder
Phil Bishop founded AI Smarter in Sydney after more than thirty years leading technology and process transformation at companies including Nokia, Orange, General Electric and National Australia Bank. He is passionate about real estate and about AI that does a job properly rather than approximately. Style Smarter came out of that: prompting engineered so a staged photo keeps every window, door and wall exactly where the camera found them.

How the AI is built
The staging model runs on prompt rules engineered specifically for real estate photography, not a generic image generator. Every prompt holds the room's architecture fixed: walls, windows, doors, floors and the camera's angle stay exactly where they were photographed, and only the furniture and styling change.
Underlying models are upgraded as better ones become available, at no extra cost to you. Renders come back at 1K resolution on the Free and Basic plans, and 2K on Pro and Enterprise. Your original photos are always kept, so you can re-run a render in a different style without re-uploading.
